Description

Parker introduced in 2012 the new range of writing instruments: INGENUITY 5^th Element (patent exclusive to Parker). It is a new fountain pen, which uses an ink-filled refill instead of a converter. The name “5^th element” tells us that after the fountain pen, the roller, the ballpoint pen and the mechanical pencil, a new writing instrument was born.

Warranty

Parker writing instruments have a 2 year warranty. The warranty is strictly for manufacture imperfections, in which case the writing instrument is changed or repaired. The warranty does not apply for any damage caused by the owner, and the repair costs will not be covered.
